These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the jatbaj platform and all its services. By creating an account on jatbaj or using the platform, you are considered to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.

3.2 Updating Information

If your personal information changes (such as phone number, email address or payment method), update it on jatbaj immediately. jatbaj will not be responsible for any withdrawal delays caused by outdated or incorrect information.

3.3 KYC Verification

To prevent fraud and ensure secure transactions, jatbaj may verify your identity when necessary. Cooperation with this process is mandatory. Some services may be limited until verification is complete.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Deposited funds must be sent only from an account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times (15x).

• Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a bonus of ৳1,000, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
• Example 2: Deposit ৳42,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳20,000, giving a total balance of ৳62,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Bets placed with bonus funds will only count towards wagering after the deposited funds have been fully used and bonus usage has begun.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each promotion applies only once per person, household, IP address or device.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirements have been met.
• jatbaj reserves the right to modify, cancel or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account investigated.
• All promotions, including VIP cashback, are entirely at jatbaj's discretion.

6.3 Disputed Bets

If there is a dispute over the result of a bet, contact the support team within 24 hours. jatbaj's decision will be considered final. If a match is cancelled or abandoned in cricket or other sports betting markets, bets will be voided and funds returned.

Any winnings earned or displayed as a result of a software error or technical malfunction are not valid and will be voided. jatbaj will not be held liable in such circumstances.

9.2 User Rights
